黄酒鸡

材料
鸡腿:3只(斩块)
麻油 2汤匙
老姜 2汤匙(切丝)
黄酒 6玻璃杯

调味
1茶匙
冰糖 4

做法:
1.
用瓦煲烧热两汤匙麻油,小火爆香姜丝直到微黄。下鸡腿炒半熟。

2.
倒黄酒,想稀释掺一杯清水,随喜。直到筷子插过鸡腿下盐、冰糖。

3.
可打粒鸡蛋,煮成蛋花或加香菇,须用烧水浸软切片,下罐头蘑菇也行。爱酒味,可加一汤匙妈爹酒。

 


备注:
现在坐月动辄几千令吉,不包括食材,把钱省回,买婴儿用品更实际。

我的孩子,全由我一手包办,从做人到坐月。谁说男人不能当坐月公?是好男人就行,不懂煮,学或外卖。

这道黄酒鸡食谱,跟芙蓉新顺发肉骨茶,很多人打包的黄酒鸡,不同在所酿黄酒有异,但做法接近。

地点:从SEREMBAN 2 TOL出,背市区往JUSCO方向下天桥底,转向麦当劳,在第一个弯右转,他就在空地前排。

CHICKEN IN GLUTINOUS RICE WINE

Chicken whole leg : 3 ( cut into serving pieces)
Sesame oil: 2 spoon
Shredded ginger: 2 spoon
Glutinous rice wine: 6 glass
Seasoning:
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Rock sugar: 4

METHOD:

1. Heat up 2 spoon sesame oil, sauté shredded ginger until fragrant, Add in chicken and stir-fry until fragrant.

2. Pour in wine, you also can add up 1 cup of water to dilute the wine. Cook until the chopstick can prick into the chicken leg. Pour in rock sugar and salt and bring to boil.

3. For more delicious , you can add eggs or mushroom slices , pour 1 spoon Martell wine and served.
