大马国宝级演员拿督黎明,长命百岁的秘密,就藏在....
Malaysia National Treasure actress Lai Meng, secret of long life 


大马国宝级演员拿督黎明姨,是茨厂街近蓝总大厦底下层,碧华楼酒家最忠实铁粉。原本约吃韩菜,但九十高龄的寿星婆,她,坚持来此,说这食物,从不让人失望。只要找到那位和蔼负责人波叔,定会替你办得妥妥当当。
Malaysia National Treasure actress Lai Meng was the fans of Restaurant Pik Wah which located on first floor of MABA House near to Petaling Street. Originally, we were going to dine in a Korean Restaurant, but she, who 90 years old, insisted to here. She said food at here won’t let customers disappointed. The people in-charge Uncle Bo will done everything properly to you.


典型酒楼中菜,可以看出总厨荣哥在经验上,花费不少苦功。
Typical restaurants dishes, but you could felt that the chef had done a lot of hard work depends on his experiences.


从炸后切成糕点大的巴提雅鳕鱼,下面用桔子、酸梅汁衬住。再撒红葱片、炸鱿鱼丝及香花菜,吃到哪个部份,都能找着清香芬芳。
A fried cod fish cut into cake pieces, below it were orange, sour plum juice. Spread some red onion slices, fried squid slices and Mentha crispate. Nice and fragrance.


客家酿海参,塞进肚子的是猪肉泥和马蹄碎,焖至蚝汁走不了起胶,每口都能黏住嘴巴,好想把滋味默记起来。
Hakka brewed sea cucumber, stuffed minced pork and water chestnut into sea cucumber’s stomach. Stewed with oyster sauce, every mouthful sticky.


泰国煲鲍翅,老实一坨鱼翅配搭鲍鱼粒、蟹肉、瑶柱、带子。翅喜欢借味,分开上桌的芽菜、芫茜,掺不掺在其中不重要,极品在琼浆玉露的汤液,养神。
Thai abalone and shark’s fin pot. A pot of shark’s fin matched with abalone, crab meat, scallops, pecten maximus. The best was the soup.

炸过抛芡的珍珠黄金虾,外壳全是牛油咸蛋黄香。用嘴剥开壳,伸出张舌,把肉身舔个干净,再咬口,弹牙。脑髓又好吃,软软地刚熟,新鲜虾,谁说炸了可惜?那也得看谁下手。
Pearl Golden shrimp that already deep fried and thicken with cornstarch water, it’s shell wrapped with butter and salted egg. 


东坡肉,整块加厚骨,卤到全是红谷米酒气。似美人喝醉仰躺在瓷碟直喘气,好好看呀!
Dongpo Meat, brewed the whole meat with red rice wine, just like a pretty women lying in plate and hold a deep breath with breast movement, so beautiful!


百合素果,以马蹄、莲藕、西芹、百合、夏威夷果拉油,打个玻璃芡,为的是想把爽口炒进色香味里去,敢用素颜争妍斗丽,勇敢!
Lily fruits. First soak water chestnut, lotus rhizome, celery, lily, Hawaii fruit in hot oil a little while and thicken with cornstarch water and stir fried it. 

沙律鸳鸯香芒鸡,在剖半芒果,铺上杂果沙律,再叠张比名片还薄烧鸡皮,周边放西芹丝,炒鸡柳。很有泰北鸡绞肉沙拉那味儿香。
Salad Mango Chicken. Cut mango into half, covered with fruit salad and chicken skin which as thick as a business card. Put some celery and chicken meat at surrounding, like Thai salad. 


黎明姨还喊了导演王凯旋、制片叶先生、医生SK THAM和经纪人MISS YAP同来。不多叫一大锅用虾粒、蟹肉、石斑鱼片、蘑菇等滚出鲜甜的泡饭,怕欠礼数。哎!原本是想吃韩国餐,好彩食神向我报信,我还真不知,碧华楼前身原是间五脏庙,难怪拿督黎明姨长命百岁。
Aunty Lai Meng also called his friends, Director Wong, Producer MC Yap, Doctor SK Tham, broker Miss Yap to here. So we ordered for more food such as a pot of soup which contained ingredients prawn, crab meat, grouper fish meat and mushroom.
