一生难得一见娘惹菜谱 The Never Seen Dishes in your life - 榴莲甜露 Pengat Durian
材料：
榴莲300克
椰糖200克
椰浆200毫升
香兰叶3片（打结）
清水1公升
做法：
1.)锅中注入1公升清水，煮沸。
2.)加入椰糖以及香兰叶，煮滚至香味溢出。
3.)放入榴莲肉以及椰浆，小心搅拌避免黏锅。

Ingredients :
300g durian
200g coconut sugar
200ml coconut milk
3 pieces pandan leaf (tie a knot)
1 litre water
Method :
1.) Pour 1 litre water into a pot. Bring to
boil.
2.) Add in coconut sugar and pandan leaves.
Bring to boil and until fragrant.
3.) Add in durian flesh and coconut milk. Stir
slowly to avoid the mixture from sticking to the pot. Serve.
