一生难得一见娘惹菜谱 The Never Seen Dishes in your life -叁巴香蕉心 Sambal Jantung Pisang (Banana Blossoms with Chilli Paste)
材料：A
香蕉心2个（挑出心撕成片）
红葱头10粒
柠檬叶3片
辣椒1条（切丝）
小杨桃10片
椰浆5汤匙
材料：B
巴拉煎25克/约1茶匙（烘干）
红辣椒50克（2条）
糖4茶匙
做法：
1.)烘干的巴拉煎和红辣椒一同磨烂，加入白糖，做成叁巴。
2.)拌入其余的材料和椰浆，慢火煮沸即可。
Sambal
Jantung Pisang (Banana Blossoms with Chilli Paste)
Ingredients : A
2 banana blossom (take the white core and tear
into pieces)
10 shallot
3 pieces lemon leaf
1 chilli (shredded)
10 bilimbi or belimbing buloh
5 tbsp coconut milk
Ingredients : B
25g (1tsp) belacan or shrimp paste (baked)
50g (2) red chilli
4 tsp sugar
Method :
1.) Blend baked belacan with red chilli .Add in
sugar to from Sambal.
2.) Mix Sambal with remaining Ingredients .Cook
over low heat till it boils .Serve.
Tips : Pour in coconut milk last when cooking or
else coconut oil will occur and affect the flavour of the dish.
提示：椰浆一定要最后才下，因为不耐煮，不然椰浆里的油渗出，影响味道。
