蜜汁鸡翼
主料:
鸡翅膀 1/2打
腌料:
蒜蓉或姜汁 1汤匙
麦芽糖(本地) 2汤匙(越南用蜜糖)
酱油(本地) 1汤匙(越南改鱼露)
蚝油(本地) 1汤匙(越南不用)
绍兴酒 1汤匙(越南不用)
做法:
1.鸡翅膀洗净抹干,混入腌料拌匀腌一小时。
2. 把鸡翼排在烤架,放进烤炉200 C烤8 分钟,取出。
3. 再涂剩下的腌汁,重烤10 分钟,用铁叉插入即熟。
备注:
如果家中没烤炉,可改热油炸至金黄,再涂上蜜糖。(西贡餐厅是以炸的方式)

Bake Honey Chicken Wing
Ingredients:
Chicken Wing 6 nos
Marinade:
Chopped garlic 1 spoon
Honey 2 spoon
Light soya sauce / fish sauce 1 spoon
Oyster sauce 1 spoon
Shaoxing wine 1 spoon
Method :
1. Rinse the chicken wings and drain well, season with marinade and marinade with 1 hours.
2. Arrange the marinated chicken wing on the baking tray. Baked in the preheated oven at 200⁰C for 8 minutes. Remove blush with remaining marinade juice. Continue bake for another 10 minutes. Prick with iron fork, if through means done .
Remark:
If your house no oven, you can fried the chicken wing till cooked and golden in colour, remove from the wok and blush with honey. Serve when hot.
