白兰氏蒸田鸡
用白兰氏一罐鸡精去蒸经脉还在跳动的田鸡,当然没这么残忍,形容而已。
拿些党参、当归、红枣、玉竹、杞子、姜和盐、生抽、胡椒粉同田鸡蒸出药材液后,再下一匙绍酒,倒鸡精,那只是做法,其实,像这种嫩如樱桃田鸡肉,用不用鸡精都无所谓,纯粹绰头而已。
Steamed Brand’s Essence of chicken with Frog
Cut the frog into pieces, put in Chinese Herbal:“Dang Shen”,
“Dang Gui”,red dates, “Yu Zhu”, “Wolfberries”,ginger & salt,soy sauce, pepper powder。 Steam in the preheated steamer until cooked .Removed from heat
and add in essence of chicken and shao xin wine serve hot. Frog meat very tender and soft.
