菜炒菜,梅菜炒芥兰
梅菜肉味浓,两匙油爆香蒜瓣,移出。再下刨皮切片,腌过盐水芥兰茎炒透。濽下姜汁和绍酒,收些少水,才下浸过不咸的梅菜、生猪肉碎加咸鱼末更香,最后以小辣椒拌炒,调蚝油、盐、糖。说它冠军不敢当,但在众多芥兰炒法中,这道菜炒菜该没问题。
Preserved Vegetable Fry With Chinese Broccoli
Heat 2 spoon of cooking oil, sauté garlic,
removed.Peel , shredded and marinade
Chinese Broccoli stalk stem with
salt and then put in the wok , keep stirring .Add in ginger juice, Shaoxing
wine, water ,preserved vegetable(soaked to reduce salty
taste), minced pork and salted fish, hot chillies, seasoning with oyster sauce,
salt and sugar.
