宫保黄鳝(鱿鱼也行)

  买便去掉内脏,挑骨,斩断,切得似张开翅膀,烫油。

  再爆香干辣椒、姜片、蒜米、红葱蓉、洋葱跟鳝肉以及米酒、糖、酱青,蚝油炒过生焖,像宫保打薯粉芡连肉齐染香镬中。装烧热砂煲稍滚即上。

一菜三变
 1. 换烫熟切格子的鱿鱼生炒,便是宫保鱿鱼
2. 改烫过热水复浸冰水,切成薄片的花腩肉,就是宫保花肉

Removed  internal  organ  of  eel  , cut  into  cube, fry  with  dried  chilli , onion,  garlic slice, garlic , shallot, union,  rice wine, sugar, soy sauce , oyster sauce, braised  it  into  a claypot and hot again. this  cooking  method  will  increase  the good  taste  and  smell  of  the  dish.You also can replace by cuttlefish.

A DISH WITH THREE COOKING 
1. Change to pre-soaked cuttlefish cut in square on the back. 
2. Change to pork, after boiled in water and soaked in cold water, cut into slice.
